Amanda graduated the Hairstyling Program at Fanshawe College in Woodstock. She did her apprenticeship here at Tranquility under Kris Bouck and quickly established her goals as a stylist. Along with her husband Jamie, Amanda purchased Tranquility in 2023 and has embraced the opportunity to contribute to the downtown Tillsonburg core.​

Amanda is passionate about colour, colour corrections and intricate hair cuts. Amanda stays current with trends and styles, currently enrolled in a master colour corrections course and looks forward to using her expertise to meet your colour and blonding goals.

​

Away from the spa, Amanda can be found field side at a Blue Jays game with Jamie or travelling North America in search of world record roller coasters. They have two adult children and many nieces and nephews they enjoy taking on adventures and building memories.

Kristena Bouck is a Master Hairstylist at Tranquility with over 40 years in the cosmetology industry.

She has received multiple certificates in colour technology + techniques as well as perming specialties. She has earned a cutting award through Martin Parsons Academy in Toronto and was also awarded Tillsonburg’s Stylist of the Year in 2019!

Kris continues to keep updated and aware of current trends + styles for all ages.

Angela’s love for both beauty and fashion drew her to the industry over 20 years ago. She joined Tranquility when it first opened and has been a part of our story ever since.

Angela pairs experience with her lovable personality, creating long lasting relationships with her clients. As a master stylist, Angela is confident in all aspects of hair styling and design, specializing in colour and colour-corrective work.

She is best known for her ability to accentuate the natural beauty of her clients through hair, winning Tillsonburg’s Stylist of the Year in 2016! To see Angela behind the chair is to know she thoroughly loves what she does.

Amanda Waller graduated Bruno's School of Hair Design in 1991. She worked in Dundas for the past 30 years and owned Studio XIII Hair by Design from 2010 - 2020. Amanda has been part of our team at Tranquility for just over a year now! Client relationships are most important to her, a trait you can’t help but feel as soon as you get into her chair.

Outside of the salon Amanda is a wonderful Mom to two grown men + Grandma to two fabulous young ladies. She also has 3 fur babies named Lilly, Sandy + Miss Mew.

Crystal Woodward attend Marvel for Hairstyling and has been a stylist for almost 15 years.

She is very talented in all aspects but especially enjoys bringing creative colours and vivids to life for her clients. Crystal always keeps those in her chair laughing with her fun personality and outgoing sense of humour.

Spreading kindness to others is second nature to her, with her huge heart for people and animals alike.

Outside of the salon she stays creative through jewellery making and gardening.

Oly is 24 year old and recently graduated from Hairstyling at Fanshawe College in 2023 and has been working on her apprenticeship since.

Also in 2023, she won second place in an avant-garde hairstyling competition. She absolutely loves the world of colour and has a passion for hair and making her clients feel beautiful — her goals are to reach yours.

Aside from hairstyling, Olyna graduated from Mohawk College for their Child and Youth Care program in 2022, she runs a business called The 777 Movement, models and is a dog mom. In her spare time she spends most of it camping or on her paddle board enjoying nature.

Nancy is a seasoned Aesthetician with 7 years of experience in the industry after graduating from Fanshawe’s Aesthetics program. With over 25 years as a Cosmetic Department Manager at a major retailer, Nancy brings expert insight into personalized skincare. Top services? Pedicures (yes, really!), facials, and Indian Head Massage! When not pampering clients, Nancy is either in the garden or exploring new travel destinations.

 Kathrine recently graduated as a Medical Aesthetician from Gina's College of Advanced Aesthetics this past August, a journey that’s been both exciting and rewarding as she followed her passion for beauty and self-care. 

She is a proud single mom to two amazing girls, Ellyn and Nova, and a fur mom to a sweet pup named Furture, who keeps life fun and busy. Kathrine grew up in beautiful Nova Scotia,  and recently made the move to Tillsonburg for a fresh start and to build new beginnings for herself and her family. Outside of work, she loves to paint, go on hikes with her daughters and their pup, listen to country music, and spend time baking. She also loves to volunteer at her church — all things that keep her grounded and inspired.  Kathrine's favourite thing about medical aesthetics is the opportunity to help people achieve all their medical aesthetics needs.

Chelsea Bouck is our RMT at Tranquility and yes, Kris’ daughter! She went to Westervelt College for Massage Therapy and has currently been massaging for 2 years. Chelsea specializes in deep tissue as well as relaxation.

When she is not at Tranquility she continues to work, spends time at the beach, travel and hit the drive in with friends. Her hobbies include exercising, and being adventurous. She is always trying new things!

Ingrid brings over a decade of experience in the cosmetic medical industry before coming to Tranquility.

After graduating as a Registered Practical Nurse from MOMAC, she trained under the Internationally renowned APT Training, where she continued to develop and perfect the techniques and approach that Ingrid is so well known for today.

Ingrid’s vision has created a warm, inviting environment with a focus on enhancing her clients’ natural beauty with nonsurgical injectable techniques and nonsurgical face lifts using dissolvable threads. Her refreshing approach and non intimidating manner combined with knowledge and an attention to detail enable her clients to feel comfortable and to take part in the creation of a customized treatment plan.

Stephanie has been perfecting the art of cosmetic tattoo since 2019. Taking world class trainings with leading artists in the industry, Stephanie’s skill and attention to detail will deliver the most beautiful outcome, customized for every client.

She started her career in Blyth but has recently expanded to Tillsonburg after moving to the area with her husband. She now serves both areas.

Steph is the perfect addition to our med spa team with her peaceful nature, confidence, and love for her work.

Alexis is Amanda and Jamie's niece and our newest salon assistant! She currently attends East Elgin Secondary School and will be entering grade ten in September.

She is passionate about the beauty industry and keen to explore esthetics during her time at Tranquility. Her caring personality can be seen helping both staff and clients wherever she can.

Alexis loves scary movies, roller coasters + animals. She is such a sweet spirit and a true girl’s girl.
